New Protocol Application Instructions
Investigators requesting permission to conduct research involving human subjects within or outside Children's Hospital must submit an application to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
All submissions are electronic through CHeRP IRB. Once in CHeRP IRB, you will be able to select the type of application you need and begin the process.
