History and Mission
The BCH Postdoctoral Association (PDA) was founded in 2011, to represent all postdoctoral fellows at Children’s. The mission of the PDA is to be a representative voice for postdocs, serving as a liaison between fellows, faculty, and administration, while building a sense of community through professional growth, social engagement, and mentoring initiatives.
