Overview
The Boston Children's Hospital Postdoctoral Association (PDA) is a dedicated team of Postdoctoral Fellows committed to representing and supporting the postdoctoral community at Boston Children's Hospital. The PDA organizes career development seminars, mentoring opportunities, and a variety of networking and social events for the postdoc community.
Our initiatives are driven by five key committees: Career Development, Networking and Outreach, Public Affairs, Mentoring, Academic Advancement, and Advocacy. The PDA warmly welcomes new fellows to join our team, contribute to ongoing initiatives, and help shape the postdoctoral community at the Boston Children's Hospital.

History and Mission
The BCH Postdoctoral Association (PDA) was founded in 2011, to represent all postdoctoral fellows at Children’s. The mission of the PDA is to be a representative voice for postdocs, serving as a liaison between fellows, faculty, and administration, while building a sense of community through professional growth, social engagement, and mentoring initiatives.
