Established in 2012, the mission of the Boston Children’s Hospital Young Professionals (BCHYP) is to foster networking and professional development, to enable employee investment and involvement in the surrounding community, and to provide opportunities for employees to develop friendships and professional relationships across the hospital network. BCHYP is open to any and all Boston Children’s Hospital employees.

This annual event includes oral presentations and a poster session through which fellows share their ongoing research with members of the research community.
National Postdoc Appreciation Week
For a full week in September, the OPA sponsors special social, networking and career development events organized for fellows. Our signature event is a make your own Sundae party featuring ice cream from J.P. Licks.
