We use rat sciatic block and intravenous infusion models to assess efficacy, local, and systemic toxicities for NeoSTX, alone, and in combination with bupivacaine, with and without epinephrine. This data will support our ongoing human Phase 1 clinical trial in humans and future Phase 2 clinical trials.
