Research Overview

Dr. Greenblatt's research studies the strategic management of innovation with a focus on biomedical innovation and entrepreneurship. Broadly, he is interested in understanding how knowledge workers make choices about their careers, entrepreneurship, and the production of new knowledge. To study this, he uses the tools of applied microeconomics to help identify causal relationships. Recent work has examined barriers to technological change and how organizational environment shapes both the amount and type of innovation produced.
