Research Overview

Austin DeChalus, MD, MSHP is a research and Pediatric Hospitalist. He completed a Pediatric Hospital Epidemiology and Outcomes Research Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. His scholarly interests include interprofessional communication and the impact of new technologies in the hospital setting.

Research Background

Austin DeChalus, MD, MSHP completed his Pediatric Residency training at the University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Program. He finished his Pediatric Hospital Medicine and Pediatric Hospital Epidemiology and Outcomes Research Fellowships at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
