Born and raised in Isfahan, Iran, I got my BSc and MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Isfahan university of technology, Iran.
In 2012, I worked as R&D intern in Siemens Corporate Research and Technologies, Germany.
In November 2014, I received my PhD from Simon Fraser University, BC, Canada. I worked under the supervision of Prof. Ghassan Hamarneh in collaboration with Dr. Tim Lee at the BC Cancer Agency. My dissertation research focused on computational techniques for skin lesion tracking and classification.
From December 2014 through Feb 2016, I was working at the Psychiatry Neuroimaging Laboratory (Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital) as a research fellow. My current project was on diffusion MRI data harmonization applying machine learning and image analysis techniques.
In March 2016, I joined the Computational Radiology Laboratory (Harvard Medical School and Boston Childrens' Hospital) as a research fellow. My current project is on high resolution diffusion MRI.
