Valeria is a student intern currently pursuing her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico. Her role at the FNNDSC is contributing to the development and improvement of an algorithm for automatic labeling of gyral-based regions of interest in the fetal human brain as well as pre-processing fetal MRI data. She likes learning from different fields and integrating this knowledge for problem solving.
